Experience

John has been with MASON since 1992.

John Fullmer oversees MASON’s largest and most complex projects. Leading a large team of staff, consultants, and client representatives to find project solutions in the face of extensive constraints is where he thrives. He enjoys using technology to better understand a project and to communicate the issues and solutions to the rest of the team. He actively listens to his clients, researches issues, and tackles the smallest details in search of the most effective outcomes that surpasses the client’s expectations. He can just as readily be writing a specification as preparing a 3D walk-through for his projects. When he designs he considers both the immediate client’s need but also the projects resiliency—how good a building will it be for its occupants in 30-40 years. With decades of experience he provides extensive technical depth and leads the firm’s quality control effort.
