Mason Architects, Inc. (MASON) is pleased to announce that Polly Tice has been named a Partner at the firm.

Ms. Tice joined the firm in 2001 and has functioned as Director of MASON’s Research Division for over a decade. That division provides historical consulting and planning services to other design professionals, archaeological firms, government agencies, developers, and homeowners.

Ms. Tice oversees MASON’s full range of consulting services related to historic properties including experience in authoring historic contexts, architectural inventory surveys, HABS/HAER reports, Hawaii and National Register nomination forms, and preservation and maintenance plans. She frequently is charged with evaluating the effects of proposed modifications to historic structures and special districts. Her experience and education meet the Secretary of the Interior’s standards for Architectural History.
