Located along Lanai Avenue, this Lanai project entails a reconstruction of three original 1920’s plantation homes.

These homes are being rebuilt to match and retain the original appearance and exterior footprint of the homes; and will provide much needed single-family housing for the Lanai City residents.

MASON is also working on the renovation of two other homes along Lanai Avenue. MASON’s completed projects nearby along Lanai Avenue include the Lanai Theater, Physical Therapy and Hospice house in 2014.
