MASON was fortunate to be selected by Kamehameha Schools to design renovations to existing dormitories on campus. 

The first project, Iolani Dormitory, was completed in 2019 and houses 44 students and 3 Dorm Advisors. The renovation of Kinau Hale, which provides rooms for 57 students, is currently underway; and MASON is currently working on the design work for the renovation of Liholiho Dormitory, which will house approximately 42 students. 

In addition to improving the basic living units and bathrooms, a key component of each project is improving the quality of common areas.  All these buildings are part of the original campus and were designed by C.W. Dickey’s office in the 1930s.
